Here are some of my thoughts-I have been working out with Elga for the past 12 months - WOW is my first reaction.
Each and every workout is different - If Joe Pilates were alive he would want to know where to sign up. Elga’s takes
you to the next level. She changes her workout constantly so that you can’t predict what the next move is going
to be. She makes you believe that using your breath in the proper way you will be able to accomplish anything.She coaxes
your mind and body to go places they haven't been before. You find a way to breathe through your normal physical limitations.
It is the workout that doesn't end in the gym- you find yourself later correcting your posture- holding your head like
it is attached to an invisible string hanging from the ceiling and your posture changes as you go about your days work.
The normal joint problems
that shadow a 60 year old are being neutralized. My swimming has improved and I have come to realize you can use pilates breathe
to power your way through any obstacle. Elga is a motivator she makes people believe in themselves-her workouts
are not social events-you better want to work.
I would recommend Elga to anyone who is serious about their condition and health.

My experience with Elga as my Pilates instructor has
been nothing but miraculous. Let me start with a brief description of myself. I am 63 years of age; my exercise had mostly
consisted of running and fast walking. Early this summer I injured my knee and having a former weight problem, I had to find
another exercise. As Temple University employee I found Pilates at Our Gym and thought I would give it a try. Pilates was
given three times a week by different instructors. I tried all three. By far Elga was the most energetic informative of the
three. She was able to show me ways of adjusting my body based on my ability to complete the exercise. She continues to surprise
me. When Temple’s gym was taking a month break, I had to
continue with her in private sessions. Her Pilates is a whole body experience. As opposed to other instructors I have had.
She explains all principles, Core, Breathing, Flexiblity, Posture, and Balance. She pushes me to do things I did not think
a person my age could do. My Flexibility has improved, (I still need more work on my hamstrings) and hope to improve my back,
But am I am pleased with my progress. In conclusion, Elga's
personality is conducive to learning no matter what age, When I take her class at Temple I am probably the oldest person but
I never feel out of place... Last point her music is cool !

A SPONTANEOUS, CHALLENGING and NEVER BORING
workout is always guaranteed if I exercise with my favorite teacher, ELGA LYLE. Every time I come to class I have no idea
what is waiting for me. It is like trying something new with her every time. Who would not want that? I definitely love it! She rocks in class and I rock with her as well. My first Pilates class I took with Elga. Using
her secretly unique techniques of communication and teaching she made me think that going to the level above was possible!
And that I went. I have lost 28 pounds in four month by exercising with Elga and my body flexibility rocks now!
